8:15 – Check-in
9:00 – Staff Introductions
9:15 – Move into groups for warm-up/activation (goalkeepers will join Lane Davis, our GK coach)
9:30 – Technical training
10:45 – Small-sided games (4v4, 5v5)
12:00 – Lunch
1:15 – Tour of Duke University and athletic facilities, Q&A with student-athletes, introduction to The Duke Way
2:30 – 11 v 11
4:00 – End of Clinic

Our Summer ID Clinic provides middle school and high school players training and games directed by the Duke women’s soccer coaching staff at the Blue Devils’ facilities in Durham, North Carolina. Our Blue Devil coaches will expose players to the training methods and exercises needed to meet the demands of the collegiate game.

Additional Information

•    Goalkeeper-specific training is available
•    Player and camp training group/team assignments are done in the week prior to camp
•    Training groups/teams are assigned by age and there are no more than 15-16 campers per group/team
•    Our Elite Camp is also open to club teams, but we require eight players from your team sign-up to train together

Certified athletics trainers will also be at all field sessions. Water, Gatorade, and ice are available at all training sessions but it is recommended that players bring a small water bottle for use during games. Plenty of hydration breaks will be provided as well.
