SUMMER ID CAMP

Goals & Objectives

Our Summer ID Camp a two-day version of the Winter & Spring ID Camps, providing middle school and high school players training and games directed by the Duke women’s soccer coaching staff at the Blue Devils’ facilities in Durham, North Carolina. From Saturday-Sunday, coaches expose players to the training methods and drills utilized by the Duke Blue Devils, addressing both the technical and tactical areas of the game. Separate goalkeeper training is available, directed by Duke’s goalkeeper coach. Tuition includes the full-day training, lunch both days, and a Duke soccer t-shirt.

Registration

Once you have successfully completed the online registration process, you’ll receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account (please make sure the address is accurate and up-to-date). If you believe your registration was successful, but you have not received a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam filter. Check In
Check In runs from 8:15 – 9:00 am Saturday, June 10 at Duke’s turf fields off Frank Bassett Dr. Parking is available in the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot. We’ll have tables and staff there to greet you.

Travel Info

When flying into Durham, please use Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU). RDU is approximately 30 minutes from campus.

Hotels

Our Summer ID Clinic is not a residential camp. If you are attending from out of town, Durham has over 60 lodging options (with over 7,500 guest rooms). The Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club is located on Duke’s campus and offers the closest accommodations, located across the street from the Blue Devils’ soccer facilities.

Safety Info

We will provide water and Gatorade at the fields accessible for all participants. We ask that you complete the medical form prior to arrival on campus. An athletic trainer will be on hand at all times in case of injury or illness.
