$200.00 of your tuition is non-refundable for any reason. If injury, illness, or other circumstances make it impossible to attend camp, we must be notified one week prior to check in in order for you to be eligible for a partial refund. If injury, illness, or other circumstances do not permit you to cancel prior to a week in advance, we will apply your entire tuition towards a future camp or clinic and you will not be eligible for a partial refund. Balances and deposits are transferable to family members only.
After we have been notified of your cancellation and it has been determined (based on the cancellation policy) that you’re eligible for a refund or rollover, a formal request must be made in writing (email to firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than August 1 in order for the refund to be issued. Any request submitted after this date will not be accepted and you will forfeit your tuition. Refunds will not be issued until after August 1.
