We’re pleased to announce our dates for its 2017 summer camps and clinics!
Winter ID Camp (Dec. 17, 2016) | Spring ID Camp (March 12, 2017) | Summer ID Camp (June 10-11, 2017)
Our ID Camps are designed for middle – high school players with aspirations of playing college soccer at the DI, DII, or DIII levels. The intensive curriculum is directed by the Duke women’s soccer staff and participants are exposed to the training methods utilized at Duke. All three ID Camps address both the technical and tactical areas of the game, while also providing players the opportunity to discuss the recruiting, admissions, and application process with Blue Devil coaches and players. Separate goalkeeper training is available at all three ID Camps.
Youth Day Camp (June 12-16, 2017 | Ages 5-14)
Our fun and educational Youth Day Camp is designed for girls ages 5-14 who wish to learn fundamental soccer skills. Individual instruction emphasizes correct techniques while small-sided games help campers develop team concepts. Both half and full-day campers spend time perfecting these newly acquired skills.
Junior Residential Camp (June 17-19, 2017 | Ages 10-16)
The Junior Residential Camp is an overnight camp focused on improving the skill level and tactical understanding of all our campers. This camp is intended to improve developing young players. Training sessions and games are competitive to challenge all levels of ability. Separate goalkeeper instruction is available.
Elite Residential Camp (July 28-30, 2017 | 12-18)
The Elite Residential Camp places an emphasis on preparing advanced rising 8th-12th graders for play at the college level (DI, DII, or DIII). The Duke women’s soccer staff develops training sessions to enhance and develop technical skills and tactical awareness. Additional areas of emphasis include speed & agility training, nutrition, sports psychology, and academic preparation. Goalkeeper specific training is also offered.
