Robbie Church, Camp Director

Robbie is Head coach of  the Duke University Women's Soccer team.  After coaching at UNC Charlotte and Vanderbilt, his tenure at Duke now extends through six seasons.  This fall he coached Duke to another NCAA tournament berth where the Blue Devils upset the University of Louisville before falling to the University of Tennessee in penalty kicks.  Robbie has been the head coach of ODP Region III.A passionate and dedicated teacher of the game, Robbie brings out the best in his players and campers by infusing them with his love for soccer.

Billy Lesesne, Technical Director

Billy serves as the team's Associate Head Coach. An NAIA All-American and former professional with the A-League's Charleston Battery, he coached with Robbie at Vanderbilt before taking over at Duke. Billy has served on NC ODP and Region III staff during his tenure at Duke.

Billy brings a wealth of technical knowledge to every camp session.  Campers and players alike will attest to his ability to push his players to a new level of skill. Working with Billy will make you a better and more skillful player. 




Carla Overbeck, Assistant Director

A 2006 United States Soccer Hall of Fame inductee, Carla was a three time All-American at UNC--undefeated in her entire collegiate career with the Tar Heels.  A FIFA World Cup winner in 1991, she captained the US Olymnpic team, winning a gold medal in 1996 and a silver in 2000.

She's been coaching at Duke for fourteen seasons, guiding the Blue Devils into the NCAA tournament 12 times--including a 1992 2nd place finish.  Her appearance at camp makes the week a truly extraordinary experience.

Michael Crane, Goalkeeper Director

Michael serves as the Goalkeeper Coach for the Blue Devils.  A graduate of the University of Indianapolis Michael has worked with goalkeeper's around the country as a Director for SoccerPlus Camps.  He currently works with NC ODP and is an NSCAA Licenced Coach.
