All campers must have a completed medical form on file prior to the beginning of camp. If you have not already submitted your form online, please email a copy to dukesoccerschool@gmail.com and bring a completed copy with you to registration. The medical form can be found here. A high school physical may be substituted for the physician’s signature.

We will provide water, Gatorade, and ice at the fields. An athletic trainer will be on hand at all times. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have a food allergy so we can alert the lunch caterer.

There are three training sessions per day, so plan to pack enough shorts/t-shirts/socks. Dress/street clothes are not necessary. We suggest labeling all your belongings and leaving valuable items (jewelry, computers, tablets, etc.) at home. We are NOT responsible should such items be lost or stolen.

  • Soccer shoes/cleats (We will play on both turf and grass)
  • Shin guards
  • Flat-soled shoes/sneakers/sandals (1 pair to wear to the cafeteria)
  • Soccer ball (Every camper MUST have a ball. You can bring one or purchase the Nike camp ball)
  • Sunscreen (recommended)
